Fulfillment Policies
Refund policy: Send any request for any of services to dub@goldgroupinc.com.
Delivery policy: Our Monthly Hosting Plans will work to keep 99.9% uptime for your domains.
Our Event Reservations services will send digital tickets to the email provided at checkout. The reservations will be honored by the supplied organizer.
Return policy: Monthly Web Hosting fees can be canceled and any time. When you pay you are paying for 1 month of hosting from purchase date. There is no returns after payment.
Event Reservations can be canceled with the Event Organizer or dub@goldgroupinc.com. They cant be returned after the event has occurred.
Cancellation policy: Monthly Web Hosting can be canceled at any time. The payment is for 1 month of hosting from the purchase date.
Event Reservations can be canceled at any time before the Event if the Organizer allows it. It’s our policy for them to allow them up until the start of the Event.
Gold Group Inc. process payments as Seven&Four5z
All sales will be collected in USD($) by our Credit Card Processor Stripe.
Seven&Four5z complies with the PCI standards. We never see or have access to card data at all. All payment pages are encrypted and should have “https://”
